This can be a touchy subject for some people. My Bikini Belly Review Many of us who would like to burn body fat want to do it without changing our diet. I use to believe that by changing my eating habits and consuming the foods necessary to burn body fat meant my diet would consist of foods that lacked flavor. Well, I was wrong. I just needed a little education on healthy eating. I learned that you can eat healthy and enjoy the food as well.

All of us need to consume a variety of vegetables, fruits, proteins, carbohydrates, and healthy fats in order to gain muscle and burn off our unwanted body fat. Many people don't consume these foods because of their crazy schedules and the fact that they just don't know what foods are good for them and what foods are bad. It's very important that we educate ourselves and have an understanding of what our diet should be. This is where technology comes in handy. With the click of a mouse we can search online and find almost everything we need to know about eating right. I encourage you to take advantage of this tool.

Over the years I've compiled a list of foods that helped me lose body fat and gain muscle. Eggs, red meat such as steak or hamburger from top round, turkey breast, chicken breast, fish, extra virgin olive oil (use this instead of shortening or butter), berries, oranges (vitamin C is important), apples, carrots, broccoli, tomatoes, oats, whole wheat bread, mixed nuts (good fats), yogurt, and water (drink 8-10 8 oz. glasses a day). There are many other foods not listed here but this list contains items the majority of us have easy access to and with good recipes we can make them taste great. It's a simple diet, but it works.
